Overview
JFS-750 test multi-purpose Disperser is a new environmentally friendly laboratory product designed and developed by QIWEI brand using new technologies at home and abroad, integrating Stir, sand grinding and dispersion functions. The equipment adopts frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, no carbon brush mechanical abrasion, etc. The number directly displays the rotation speed of the shaft, and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and a sand grinding disc, which can adapt to different laboratory test needs and provide correct data for large-scale production.

Principle
The equipment adopts frequency conversion motor, and implements stepless speed regulation of the motor through intelligent frequency conversion controller. The application of digital PID technology has high control accuracy, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle speed. The dispersion impeller and the sand grinding blades are directly connected with screws to the rotating shaft, which can adapt to different laboratory test needs. According to the displayed shaft speed, the relationship between the linear speed of Stir, dispersion and sand grinding blades and the material viscosity and chemical reaction rate can be directly calculated.
Steps
1. Use the spring lift system to adjust the height of the equipment
2. Set the required speed through the intelligent variable frequency controller
3. Install the dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc to connect with the rotating shaft
4. Use left and right grippers to fix the cartridge
5. Optional Mixing Tanks of Different Capacity for Experiments
