Overview
The LD-NZ-01 folding strength tester produced by JINGHUAYIQI is used to measure the folding fatigue strength of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous sheet materials. The instrument adopts the international MIT folding resistance Working Principle design, with photoelectric control technology to automatically return the folding chuck, integrated powerful data processing function, can store, display and statistical test data, suitable for papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and Quality control industries.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer control technology, open structure, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
2, automatic measurement, statistics, print test results, and data storage function.
3. After the test, it will automatically return to the zero position.
4. Modern design concept of opto-mechatronics, compact structure, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance.
Principle
The instrument is designed based on the MIT type folding resistance Working Principle, and the automatic return of the folding chuck is implemented through photoelectric control technology, and the precision motor control is used to ensure accurate positioning. It can fold the sample for testing, automatically record the number of double folds and convert it to folding resistance, and count the MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average and Coefficient of Variation of the same group of samples.
Standards
ISO 5626 "Determination of Folding Resistance of Paper", GB 2679.5 "Determination of Folding Resistance of Paper and Cardboard"
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it in the instrument.
2. Start the instrument for automatic measurement.
3. The instrument automatically records the folding times and folding resistance data.
4. After the test is completed, the folding chuck will automatically return to its position.
5. View or print the test results through the display screen, and the data is automatically saved.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 0~ 35 ℃ and the humidity is below 85%.
• Power frequency AC220V, 50Hz.
• Regularly check the instrument components to ensure that the folding angle, speed and other parameters meet the specifications.
• Avoid overloading during operation to prevent damage to the instrument.
• Follow the opto-mechatronics design during maintenance, and pay attention to safety.
