The Cardboard Puncture Resistance Tester (model LD-CC-D) is a special test instrument for Corrugated Board anti-puncture performance. It is used to measure the anti-Puncture Resistance (Joule) of Corrugated Board samples and simulate the damage caused by the impact of the box during handling and transportation. The instrument is designed according to the principle of energy conversion. The triangular prism angular cone puncture head is driven by the pendulum device to puncture the Cardboard sample, and the energy consumption is measured to determine the Puncture Resistance.
1. Strong steel structure design to avoid energy loss due to vibration during testing 2. Adopt 90-degree bow swing arm and triangular cone Impact head (in line with international standards) 3. Separation mechanism equipped with protection system, safety shield and self-tightening anti-loosening fixture with adjustable pressure 4. Automatic measurement, statistics, printing test results, and data saving function 5. Mechatronics Modern Design, Compact Structure, Appearance, Easy Maintenance 6. Can be connected to computer software, support real-time display Linear dispersion, data analytics management, saving and printing functions 7. With fast pressing, automatic reset of the operating handle and reliable safety protection, with LCD display, thermal printer, etc
Based on the principle of energy conversion, a standard geometric triangular prism angular cone piercing head is installed on the pendulum of the special shape. The piercing head pierces the Cardboard sample to form a Hole by means of the kinetic energy of the pendulum, and the energy consumed is the sample Puncture Resistance.

ISO3036 "Cardboard Puncture Resistance Determination", GB/T 2679.7 "Cardboard Puncture Resistance Determination", TAPPI T803 "Puncture test of container board"
1. Prepare the Cardboard specimen and place it in the splint device 2. Adjust the clamping pressure to the range of 250N~ 1000N 3. Set test parameters through the control box 4. Start the release device, and the pendulum device drives the piercing head to puncture the sample 5. Automatic measurement and recording of Puncture Resistance data 6. View the results through the LCD screen or use the thermal printer to output the report 7. Optional connection to computer software for data analytics and saving
• Ensure that the working environment meets the requirements of indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃ and relative humidity < 85% • Power frequency is AC (100~ 240) V before use to avoid overload • Pay attention to the safety protective screen cover during operation to prevent accidental contact with moving parts • Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure that the measurement accuracy meets the standard (e.g. A file error +/- 0.05J) • Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust affecting the test results • When handling, pay attention to the instrument weight of about 165kg, which requires the cooperation of many people
