The JH-YMXS-Z Ink Absorption Tester is a professional testing equipment under the JINGHUAYIQI brand, which is mainly used to measure the performance of paper or Cardboard absorbing standard inks within a specified time and area. The instrument evaluates the penetration, conjunctiva and drying of inks on the paper by quantifying the acceptance of inks by paper and the absorption capacity of vehicles in inks. It is the basic equipment for ink absorption performance measurement in the papermaking, printing and Encasement industries.

Principle
Spreader the standard inks on the surface of the paper specimen through a coated platen with precise opening area. After a specified ink absorption time, the unabsorbed inks are erased at a constant ink wiping speed. Basis Weight evaluates the inks absorption performance of paper or Cardboard by comparing or measuring the changes before and after the absorption of inks by the specimen.

Steps
1. Prepare paper or Cardboard specimens that meet the standards.
2. Place the specimen flat on the instrument test bench.
3. Set and confirm test parameters through Touchscreen.
4. Start the instrument, and the inking platen automatically completes the inking operation.
5. The instrument starts to time and enters the specified ink absorption waiting time.
6. After the ink absorption time is over, the instrument automatically erases the excess inks on the surface at the set speed.
7. After the test is completed, the sample is taken for analysis or the results are recorded.

• The instrument should be placed in a working environment with a temperature of 20 +/- 10 ° C and a Humidity of less than 85%.
• The power requirements are 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz to ensure stable power supply.
