5. When used with inks Basis Weight meter, the usage of Spot Color inks can be predicted, and the residual ink loss and warehouse accumulation can be greatly reduced.
6. Data management: with Spectroscopic Density Meter for color detection, measurement of color bar data report (Lab value).

Principle
Offset plate Ink Proofer implements inks proofing through homogenization and color development processes. The homogenization mode includes speed switching, string setting, four-stage homogenization time setting, automatic pressure adjustment and cleaning functions to ensure even distribution of inks. The color development process automatically adjusts the pressure according to the material Film thickness, printing color bars at different speeds for Color contrast and performance detection.

Steps
1. Set the ink leveling mode: select the automatic or manual ink leveling speed, set the string mode, ink leveling time and pressure.
2. Prepare materials: Select the size of the exhibition material, set the proofing speed and the color development speed.
3. Proofing: Start the device to print color strips, which can process different Colors or Ink Film thicknesses at the same time.
4. Detection and Analysis: Use Spectroscopic Density Meter to measure color bar data and evaluate inks characteristics.
5. Cleaning equipment: Operate in cleaning mode to ensure that the metal rollers do not run in tandem.
