Principle
The PN-PT20E High Accuracy Computer Thickness determination gauge is a mechatronics product. The instrument uses the High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to accurately determine the thickness of the Corrugated Board by measuring the distance between the probe and the measurement surface under standard contact pressure. The measurement data is processed internally for display, storage and printing.

Steps
1. Ensure that the working environment of the instrument meets the requirements (indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃; relative humidity < 85%).
2. Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%).
3. Turn it on and set it through the Chinese and English menu interface.
4. Place the sample of Corrugated Board on the measurement table.
5. Start the measurement, the probe drops at a speed of 2~ 3mm/s, and contacts the sample at a standard contact pressure (20 +/- 0.5kpa).
6. The instrument automatically measures and displays the thickness value.
7. Data storage via the instrument or printing results using the built-in thermal printer.

• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% Frequency 50Hz.
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Before measurement, please confirm that the parallelism of the measurement surface meets the requirements (≤ 0.035mm).
• Make sure the contact pressure is at the Standard value (20 +/- 0.5kpa).
• Note that the probe descent speed is 2~ 3mm/s.
