Overview
The PN-SDJ100 Freeness/Schopper-Riegler tester (also known as the knockdown tester) is a special instrument under the PNSHAR brand for measuring the water filtration performance of Pulp. The instrument is designed according to the Schopper-Riegler method to study the fiber condition and evaluate the degree of Stock Refining by measuring the water filtration rate of dilute Pulp suspension.
Features
1. Designed according to the principle of Schopper-Riegler method, it is a conventional method for measuring the filtration rate of Pulp suspension.
2. Measurement range, covering 0~ 100 ° SR.
3. Accurate control of key parameters, such as the rising speed of the cone is 100 +/- 10mm/s, and the discharge time of the overflow port is 149 +/- 1s.
Stable structure, weight of about 31.4kg, suitable for laboratory environment.
Principle
The Working Principle of this instrument is based on the Schopper-Riegler method. The core of this instrument is that the pulp resolution (Freeness/Schopper-Riegler) is inversely proportional to the filtration rate of the pulp suspension. By measuring the filtration rate of the pulp suspension under specific conditions, the pulp resolution can be calculated to evaluate the fiber condition and degree of Refining.
Applications
Pulp filtration performance measurement, fiber condition study, Stock Refining evaluation
Standards
ISO 5267/1、GB/T 3332、QB/T1054
Steps
1. Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, horizontal workbench and adjusted to the working standard.
2. Check the working environment, it should be clean, less dust, no vibration.
3. Prepare Pulp suspension samples according to Schopper-Rigler standard operating procedures.
4. Inject the sample into the measurement part of the instrument and start the measurement process.
5. The instrument automatically completes the water filtration process, reading or calculating the Freeness/Schopper-Riegler value (° SR) according to the measuringflask scale.
Notice
• The workbench must be stable for easy reference adjustment.
The working environment should be kept clean, with clean air and no vibration.
• The instrument should be used in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
Be familiar with the specific requirements of the relevant execution standards (ISO 5267/1, GB/T 3332, QB/T1054) before operation.
