Overview
The PN-OPF300 carton opening force tester is a professional testing instrument under the PNSHAR brand. It is used to accurately determine the maximum force required to open folding cartons and cartons. This force value is crucial for high-speed automated Encasement production lines. If the force value is too large, it may cause damage to the Encasement. If the force value is too small, it cannot be opened smoothly, which directly affects the efficiency and mass of the Encasement. The instrument adopts a vertical mechatronic design, with adjustable chuck spacing and large stretching stroke. It is equipped with a high-speed ARM processor and a fashionable touch screen display interface. It is a test equipment with novel design, convenient operation and excellent performance.
Features
1. Adopt mechatronics design to support one-click testing.
2. The test speed and chuck spacing can be set. After setting it once, the next time the sample is placed, it can be directly tested.
3. With data statistics function, the average value, standard deviation and deformation can be displayed.
4. Built-in modular integrated thermal printer, the report can be printed directly after the test.
5. Display information such as opening force and deformation in real time.
Principle
During the test, the folded carton or carton sample is fixed between the chucks with a set spacing, and the instrument pulls the sample at a constant speed. During the process, the high-speed ARM processor collects and processes the data of the force value Sensor and the displacement Sensor in real time, and finally displays the maximum force value and deformation required to open the sample on the touch screen.
Applications
Encasement production line, carton production and quality control, carton production and quality control, Encasement material inspection
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the required test speed and chuck spacing on the touchscreen.
3. Place the folded carton or carton specimen between the chucks and secure it.
4. Start the one-click test function, and the instrument automatically completes the tensile test.
5. After the test is completed, check the force value, deformation and statistical results displayed on the touchscreen.
6. For reports, print directly using the built-in thermal printer.
Notice
* The working environment should be kept within the indoor temperature range of 20 +/- 10 ° C.
* Power supply voltage needs to be AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz.
Make sure the specimen is firmly held in the chuck to prevent slippage during testing.
* Set the collet spacing reasonably according to the sample size to avoid exceeding the effective stroke (20~ 350mm).
Maintain instruments regularly to ensure the accuracy of Sensors and mechanical components.
