Overview
The PN-STC70 stiffness Sampler is a Cardboard stiffness Sampler under the PNSHAR brand model PN-STC70. It is specially designed for the PN-ST500 computer stiffness tester and PN-CST crease stiffness tester for precise cutting of stiffness and crease specimens. The Sampler is available in two standard sampling sizes: 70 × 38mm (stiffness specimen) and 38 × 36mm (crease specimen), making it an ideal auxiliary test equipment for the papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and Quality control industries.
Features
1. Specially designed for matching stiffness measuring instrument, accurate sampling.
2. Available in two standard sampling sizes to meet stiffness and crease testing requirements.
3. Suitable for Cardboard materials with a thickness of not more than 1mm.
4. Compact structure, easy to operate.
Principle
The Sampler uses a built-in precision cutter die to quickly and accurately punch standard specimens from the Cardboard sample under preset size (70 × 38mm or 38 × 36mm) under manual or mechanical pressure for subsequent stiffness or crease stiffness testing.
Applications
Papermaking, Encasement, Research, Quality control
Steps
1. Place the Sampler on a stable bench.
2. According to the test requirements (stiffness or crease), select the corresponding cutting die or positioning device.
3. Place the test Cardboard sample flat on the Sampler base and align it with the cutting position.
4. Press down the handle smoothly to complete the sample cutting.
5. Remove the cut standard sample for subsequent testing.
Notice
• Make sure the Sampler blade is sharp and free of defects before use.
• Make sure the sample is flat and free of folds or foreign matter when cutting.
• The sampling thickness range of this equipment is less than or equal to 1mm, please do not use it beyond the range.
• Please use and store in an environment with a temperature of 20~ 40 ° C and a relative humidity < 85%.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid getting your hands close to the cutting area.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to maintain its accuracy.
