Principle
The instrument is controlled by a high-speed ARM processor through a mechatronics system, driven by an imported stepper motor, to apply tensile force to the sample. The instrument collects real-time force value and deformation data through a High Accuracy Sensor, and is processed by a High Accuracy AD converter. Finally, various test results are displayed on the Touchscreen, and data processing, storage and printing can be carried out.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on to warm up.
2. According to the test requirements, select the corresponding Operating Mode (such as tensile, disbonding or wet tensile mode) on the Touchscreen.
3. Install and clamp the sample to be tested.
4. Set test parameters, such as Test speed.
5. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the stretching, data collection and calculation.
6. After the test is completed, view, analyze, or print the test results.
7. After the test is completed, the instrument can be automatically reset to prepare for the next test.
Notice
* The instrument should be placed in a working environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
* Power supply voltage is within (100~ 240) VAC range before use.
* Do not exceed the Measurement range of the instrument to avoid triggering an over range alarm or damaging the Sensor.
