4. Using 24-bit High Accuracy AD Converter and High Accuracy Weighing Sensor, force data collection is fast and accurate.
5. Linear dispersion diagram of pressure and deformation can be displayed, and information such as disbonding force and disbonding time can be displayed in real time.
6. Support bilingual operation menus in Chinese and English, and can be switched at any time.
7. Can be connected to computer software, with real-time display of compressive Linear dispersion and Data analysis, management, saving, printing and other functions.
8. Parameters such as special range and Travel can be customized according to customer needs.
Principle
The standard sweat cloth attached to the sanitary napkin (pad) on the adhesive, after a period of time under the specified conditions, the sanitary napkin (pad) and the standard sweat cloth 180 degrees disbonding, the instrument automatically calculates the average value of the disbonding force within a predetermined disbonding displacement, and the average value of the sanitary napkin (pad) adhesive disbonding performance.
Applications
Detection of Peel Strength of Women's Topical Physiological Products
Steps
1. Apply the standard sweat cloth to the adhesive backing of the sanitary napkin (pad) to be tested.
2. Process the sample with the sweat cloth for a period of time according to the specified conditions.
3. Clamp the treated samples (sanitary napkins and sweat cloths) on the upper and lower chucks of the instrument respectively.
4. Set test parameters (e.g. speed, etc.) on the instrument.
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically performs 180 ° disbonding.
6. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the average disbonding force within the specified displacement.
Notice
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Measurement range of attention value (0.1~ 30N) to avoid excessive range use and trigger alarm.
• When clamping the sample, ensure that the chuck width (80 +/- 0.1mm) is suitable and aligned with the disbonding starting line.
• Before testing, confirm and set the correct Test speed (e.g. 400 +/- 10mm/min) according to the standard or requirement.
• Maintain instruments regularly to ensure the accuracy of Sensors and mechanical components.
When connecting computer software, make sure to use the correct Communication interface (RS232 or optional USB).
