Overview
The PN-PT12E Special Thickness determination gauge for toilet paper is a High Accuracy mechatronics testing instrument designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T24328.2, which is suitable for toilet paper and its products. The product adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic principles, with novel design, convenient use, excellent performance and beautiful appearance. It has the functions of testing, conversion, display, memory, printing and data processing. It is an ideal test equipment for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection.
Features
1. One-click test function.
2. With printing function.
3. Can remember 50 measurement data.
4. Analysis and processing of measurement data.
5. Blue LCD screen, Chinese and English Operating system.
6. Mechatronics Modern Design Concept, Compact Structure, Appearance, Easy Maintenance.
Principle
The instrument uses a High Accuracy Displacement Sensor. By applying a standard contact pressure (2.0 +/- 0.1kPa) to a probe with a specified contact area (10 +/- 0.05cm ²), the contact sample is lowered at a constant speed (2.0 +/- 0.2mm/s) to accurately measure and display the thickness value of the sample.
Applications
Papermaking, Encasement, Scientific Research, Product mass supervision and inspection
Standards
GB/T 24328.2、ISO 12625.3
Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V +/- 10%).
2. Select the Operating language according to the Chinese and English menu interface.
3. Place the tissue sample to be tested on the measurement table.
4. Start the one-click test function for measurement.
5. The instrument automatically measures, processes and displays thickness data.
6. You can output data through the printing function, or view the historical data of the instrument memory.
Notice
* The working environment must meet the indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
* Power supply voltage within AC 220V +/- 10%.
* Before use, please confirm that the parallelism of the measurement surface meets the requirements (≤ 0.005mm).
* Regular maintenance to ensure instrument accuracy (Indication Error +/- 0.3%, indication variability ≤ 0.3%).
Attention should be paid to the standardization of probe descent speed (2.0 +/- 0.2mm/s) and contact pressure (2.0 +/- 0.1kPa).
