Overview
The PN-WAT sanitary napkin water absorption rate tester is a special testing instrument designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T 8939, which is mainly used for the determination of the water absorption rate of female physiological sanitary napkins (including sanitary pads). The instrument evaluates the water absorption capacity of the product by measuring the ratio of the mass increased after absorption to the mass before absorption. The larger the water absorption rate, the stronger the absorption capacity.

Principle
The instrument calculates the water absorption ratio by measuring the ratio of the mass increase of the sanitary napkin sample after absorbing the liquid to the mass before absorption. It reflects the total water absorption of the product after soaking for a period of time, and is a key indicator for evaluating the polymer Resin Water Absorbency in the absorption layer.

Steps
1. Prepare samples.
2. Place the sample on the instrument.
3. Start measurement with one click through Touchscreen.
4. The instrument automatically completes the process of absorbing water, weighing, and calculating.
5. After the test, the instrument automatically returns, and the data can be displayed and printed.
