The PN-PC15 (D) double-edged Paper cutter is an upgraded version of the PN-PC15 standard Paper cutter. It can not only cut ordinary paper samples, but also effectively cut soft and thin paper, filter paper, non-woven fabrics, plastics and other samples. Principle
Put on the sample you need to cut, pull the handle with your left hand to press the sample tightly, then hold the handle with your right hand to cut it, release your left hand, and take out the sample.

Papermaking, Encasement, Scientific Research and Quality control industries and departments, used for paper and Cardboard tensile test, folding test, short-range compression test and other items of sample preparation.
Steps
1. Place the sample to be cut.
2. Pull the handle with your left hand to press the sample.
3. Hold the handle of the knife with your right hand and cut it off.
4. Release your left hand.
5. Remove the sample.
