Overview
PN-IBT internal bonding strength tester is a special testing instrument designed and developed by PNSHAR brand according to the national standard GB/T26203. It is mainly used to measure the internal bonding strength of single-layer and multi-layer paper and Cardboard (including Spreader paper and paper and Cardboard covered with synthetic polymer). The instrument is not suitable for low Basis Weight, porous, soft or low density paper and Cardboard. As a mechatronics product, it adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic principles, integrates testing, display, memory, printing and data processing functions, with stable performance and easy operation.
Features

Principle
The instrument uses the Scott type internal bonding strength detection method. The principle is: the combination of double-sided tape-sample-double-sided tape forms a sandwich structure, which is pressed between a metal flat anvil and an aluminum block. The inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block is impacted with a pendulum to make the aluminum block flip and destroy the sample in the Z direction. The energy absorbed during the destruction of the sample is calculated by measuring the highest position of the swing, and the internal bonding strength is expressed by the energy absorbed during the destruction process between the paper layers in a certain area (J/m2).

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to form a double-sided adhesive-specimen-double-sided adhesive sandwich structure.
2. Press the sandwich structure between the metal anvil and the aluminum block of the instrument.
3. Confirm and read the sample pressure through the pressure gauge.
4. Start the instrument, and the pendulum strikes the aluminum block, destroying the sample.
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the energy absorbed during the destruction of the sample (internal bonding strength value).
6. You can view and store data through the Touchscreen, or use the printer to print the results, or connect to the host computer through the Communication interface to transmit data.
Notice
• This instrument is not suitable for Low Basis Weight, Porous, Soft or Low density Paper and Cardboard.
• Before testing, make sure that the specimen is clamped reliably and positioned accurately to reduce sampling errors.
• Please pay attention to the reading of the pressure gauge during operation to ensure that the sample pressure meets the requirements.
• The instrument should be used in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Please use AC (100~ 240) V, 50/60Hz power supply.
• Net weight of the instrument is about 51kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
