Overview
PN-RCA13 Ring Crush Test Center Disc is an auxiliary device under the PNSHAR brand, which is specially used for Ring Crush Test of paper and Cardboard measured on compression tester. This device is designed according to the provisions of the national standard GB/T 2679.8 "Determination of Paper and Cardboard Ring Crush Test" on the sample holder. It consists of a sample holder and thirteen center discs of different sizes, which can adapt to the testing needs of samples of different thicknesses.

Principle

Steps
1. According to the thickness of the paper or Cardboard to be tested, choose the appropriate center plate from thirteen specifications.
2. Install the selected center plate onto the specimen holder to ensure a stable installation.
3. Place the prepared annular specimen between the center plate and the specimen holder.
4. Place the center plate of the assembled sample on the compression tester as a whole.
5. Carry out Ring Crush Test according to the procedures specified in the compression tester and GB/T 2679.8 standards.
