Overview
The PN-ECC25 (A) side pressure (gluing) Sampler is a High Accuracy Sampler produced by the PNSHAR brand, designed for side pressure (ECT) or gluing (PAT) experimental sampling of Corrugated Board. The product is pneumatic control, with easy operation, fast and accurate sampling. It is an ideal auxiliary test instrument for Corrugated Board and carton production, scientific research and mass supervision and inspection departments.

Principle
After turning on the air source and adjusting the appropriate pressure, put it into the Corrugated Board to be sampled. Control by turning the orange manual valve left and right: turn to the left, the cylinder piston pushes the tool holder forward in parallel; turn to the right, the cylinder piston drives the tool holder back to its original position, thereby cutting out the sample, and finally taking out the sample.

Steps
1. Connect the air source and adjust it to the appropriate pressure (0.35 to 0.7MPa).
2. Place the Corrugated Board that needs sampling.
3. Turn the orange manual valve to the left to make the cylinder piston push the tool holder forward and parallel to cut.
4. Turn the orange manual valve to the right so that the cylinder piston drives the tool holder back to its original position.
5. Remove the cut sample.
Notice
• The gas source needs to be filtered through a filter screen of more than 40 microns.
• Operating Pressure range is 0.35~ 0.7MPa.
• It is recommended to work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• The sampling thickness range is 18mm.
