Overview
The PN-PAC disbonding test rack is a special test instrument under the PNSHAR brand, which is mainly used to determine the adhesive strength of Corrugated Board (PAT test). The test rack consists of a lower pin rack, an upper pin rack and upper and lower pins. It has the characteristics of easy operation, no adjustment, and strong applicability. It needs to be used with a Compressive Strength tester. It can be widely used in the production, scientific research and mass supervision and inspection of Corrugated Board (box).

Principle
The disbonding test stand is inserted into the Corrugated Board sample through its upper and lower pins, and with the cooperation of the Compressive Strength tester, the separation force is applied to the sample. By measuring the separation force, and according to the sample size and the number of pins, the adhesive strength of each gluing layer of the Corrugated Board can be calculated, and finally the MIN Minimum is used as the adhesive strength of the Corrugated Board.

Steps
1. Prepare Corrugated Board specimens that meet the requirements of thickness and corrugated type (UV type structure).
2. Select the corresponding diameter pins according to the corrugated type (A, B, C).
3. Install the sample between the upper and lower pins of the disbonding test rack.
4. Place the assembled test stand on the Compressive Strength Tester.
5. Start the tester for disbonding test and record the separation force data.
6. Calculate the average value of the separation force of each gluing layer test, and calculate the adhesive strength according to the formula P = F/(L * n), and take the MIN Minimum as the result.
Notice
* The disbonding test has strict requirements on the thickness and corrugated shape of the Corrugated Board: the thickness of the single Corrugated Board should be higher than the lower limit of the corresponding corrugated height; the thickness of the multi-layer Corrugated Board should be higher than the sum of the lower limit values of each layer.
Corrugated structure requires UV type structure.
* Pins of corresponding specifications should be selected according to the corrugated type (A, B, C).
The sample size is 25mm x 100mm (the old national standard is 25mm x 80mm).
* It is recommended to operate in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
