Overview
The PN-FCC64 Cardboard Flat Crush Sampler is a mechanical sampling device designed by the PNSHAR brand according to relevant standards, suitable for single-sided Corrugated Board and single-sided Corrugated Board. It can quickly and accurately cut the specified area (64.5cm ²) of the sample for Corrugated Board Flat Crush Test (FCT). The instrument is an ideal auxiliary test device for Corrugated Board and carton production, scientific research and mass supervision and inspection departments. It needs to be used with Compressive Strength Tester (such as PN-CT300) to complete the Flat Crush Test determination.

Principle
The Sampler is a mechanical structure. Through its specific tool and pressing mechanism, it applies pressure and cuts to the single-corrugated or single-sided Corrugated Board placed on it, so as to quickly and accurately obtain flat-compression test specimens that meet the standard specified area (64.5 cm ²).

Steps
Ensure that the working environment meets the requirements (indoor temperature 20 +/- 10 ℃; relative humidity < 85%).
2. Place the single-corrugated or single-sided Corrugated Board to be tested on the Sampler countertop.
3. Operate the Sampler and cut the Cardboard to obtain a sample of the specified area.
4. Combine the cut specimen with a Compressive Strength Tester (e.g. PN-CT300) to perform a Flat Crush Test (FCT).

* This instrument is suitable for Single Corrugated Board and Single Corrugated Board.
* Please confirm before use Ambient Temperature at 20 +/- 10 ℃, relative humidity below 85%.
* Sampler needs to be used with a Compressive Strength Tester (e.g. PN-CT300) to complete the Flat Crush Test.
* Please use according to the operating specifications to ensure accurate sampling and personnel safety.
