Overview
The PN-MF computer Flute meter, also known as the corrugated base paper corrugator, is a laboratory corrugated raw (core) paper corrugating device designed and developed according to the standard GB/T 2679.6 and QB/T 1061. The device is used to corrugate the base paper for subsequent CMT (Flat Crush Test) and CCT (Edge Crush Test) tests. It needs to be used together with the Ring Pressure Sampler and Ring Crush Test.

Principle
The equipment is heated and pressurized to make the corrugated base paper corrugated at a specific temperature (standard Operating temperature is 175 +/- 8 ° C) and pressure (Operating Pressure adjustable range 49~ 108N) through finishing gears (A-shaped teeth) to form a standard corrugated shape (tooth height 4.75 +/- 0.05mm) to simulate the forming process of the Corrugated Board.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz).
2. Set the required Operating temperature (adjustable range RT +~ 200 ℃).
3. Set the required Operating Pressure (adjustable range 49~ 108N).
4. Put the corrugated base paper sample into the equipment.
5. Start the device, the gear is corrugated at a Rotation speed of 4.5rpm.
6. After the corrugation is completed, remove the sample for subsequent CMT or CCT testing.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz.
• Operating temperature of the equipment is high, please pay attention to safety during operation to avoid burns.
• Operating temperature and pressure are reasonably set according to test standards.
• Device weight is about 80kg, and it should be stable when moving or placing.
• This equipment needs to be combined with Ring Crush Sampler and Ring Crush Test instrument to complete the complete test process.
