Principle

As a test fixture, the Accessories carry the thermoformed corrugated core paper sample and place it in the center of the lower platen of the Compressive Strength Tester. During the test, the upper platen of the meter moves down to apply pressure to the sample, and the pressure is transmitted to the sample through the Accessories to measure the Flat Crush Test of the corrugated core paper.

Steps

Sampler sampling using PN-RCC152 with a size of 152.4mm x 12.7mm. 2. Put the sample into the PN-MF Flute meter for thermoforming to make corrugated core paper. 3. Place the formed core paper into the PN-CCA CCT Test Accessories. 4. The Accessories containing the samples are placed on the Compressive Strength Tester as a whole for testing.
