Overview
PN-JT500 carton bonding strength tester is a professional instrument designed according to TAPPI T813 standard to detect the bonding strength of corrugated cartons. Box bonding is a key process of carton molding, and its strength directly affects the compressive ability and Appearance mass of cartons during loading, unloading, stacking and transportation. The instrument adopts vertical mechatronics design and is equipped with Touchscreen display, which is easy to operate and has excellent performance.
Features
1. Using mechatronics design, one-click testing.
2. Test speed and chuck spacing can be set, and it can be tested directly after setting it once.
3. With data statistics function, the average value, Standard Deviation and deformation can be displayed.
4. Built-in thermal printer can print test reports directly.
5. Real-time display of information such as bonding force and deformation.
6. Can be connected to computer software, with real-time display of compressive Linear dispersion, Data analysis management, saving and printing functions.
Principle
The instrument measures and records the force required to separate the joints (bonding force) and the corresponding amount of deformation by clamping the carton joints, stretching at the set chuck spacing and Test speed, to evaluate the strength of corrugated box gluing agent bonding, tape bonding or box binding.
Applications
Corrugated box joint strength detection
Steps
1. Test speed and chuck spacing.
2. Place the sample between the chucks.
3. Start the test with one click.
4. The instrument automatically stretches and records data.
5. View or print the test report.
