Overview
The PN-SQT50 Crowded Strength Tester is a Corrugated Board Crowded strength testing instrument developed according to the standard Tappi T829. It is mainly used for single Corrugated Board and double Corrugated Board, and can also be used for three Corrugated Board. The instrument evaluates the mass of corrugated boxes, such as the effective assembly and sealing performance of Corrugated Board boxes, by comparing the pressure that the samples with and without Crowded can withstand. The instrument adopts mechatronics design and uses a professional high-speed ARM processor. It is a test equipment with novel design, convenient use and excellent performance.
Features
1. Adopt a vertical structure with a U-shaped bracket at the lower end, place the sample on it, and apply pressure to the sample on the U-shaped bracket by the pressure at the upper end.
2. Two test modes are available: 12.7mm and 90 °.

Principle
The instrument places the Corrugated Board specimen (divided into two groups with and without Cedin) on the U-shaped bracket, and applies pressure to the specimen by the pressure device at the upper end. By comparing the pressure value that the specimen with and without Cedin can withstand, the Cedin strength of the Corrugated Board is evaluated, so as to judge the molding, assembly and sealing mass of the corrugated box.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the sample size meets the requirements (width ≥ 25.4mm, length ≥ 60mm).
2. Set the number of samples on the instrument (must be an even number), and ensure that the first half is a sample with Cedar, and the second half is a sample without Cedar.
3. Place the specimen on the U-shaped bracket at the lower end of the instrument.
4. Select the test mode (12.7mm or 90 °) and set parameters such as the pressurization speed.
5. Start the test and apply pressure to the sample at the top of the instrument.
6. During the test, real-time observation of force value and deformation Linear dispersion.
7. After the test is completed, review and record the test results (averages, ratios, etc.).
8. Test reports can be printed through the Built-in Printer, or connected to computer software for further data analysis and management.
Notice
• Instruments are mainly used for Single Corrugated and Dual Corrugated Boards, Reliability may be poor when used for Triple Corrugated Boards.
• Ensure that the sample size meets the specifications.
• When setting the number of samples, it must be an even number, and the first half is a sample with Cedar, and the second half is a sample without Cedar.
• The instrument has an over-range alarm function, please pay attention when testing.
The working environment should be kept at indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Connecting computer software requires separate purchase.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V +/- 10% before operation.
