Overview
PN-CT50KD whole box compression testing machine is an economical testing instrument of PNSHAR brand, which is mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various small-size corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 10kN. Its performance parameters comply with GB/T 4857.3, GB/T 4857.4 and other standards, and are suitable for Encasement box testing of food and beverage, instant noodles, cosmetics, beer, grain and oil and other products.

Principle
The instrument has three independent Operating Modes. Strength test mode automatically records the maximum pressure and compression deformation by applying pressure until the sample is crushed. Fixed value test mode can detect the overall performance of the box according to the set pressure and deformation. Stacking test mode simulates the stacking state of the warehouse. By automatically pressurizing and holding pressure, the sample is stacked for a specified time, and the test is automatically terminated when the pressure drops or the deformation reaches the limit.

Steps
1. Strength test: Apply an initial load to the sample as the starting point of deformation, continue to press until the sample is crushed, and automatically record the maximum pressure and deformation.
2. Fixed value test: according to the set pressure and deformation parameters for testing.
3. Stacking test: After pressurizing the sample to a predetermined pressure on the upper pressure plate, stop, start timing and calculate the deformation amount; when the pressure drops to 2% of the set value, the system automatically pressurizes to the test load and maintains it until the specified stacking time is reached or the sample pressure reaches the limit deformation amount.

• Please pay attention to the safety device when operating, and use the overload emergency stop button in case of emergency.
• The platen size is 500 * 500mm, and the Working Travel is 20~ 500mm. Please ensure that the sample size is within the allowable range.
• Communication interface is RS232 (std.)/USB (optional), please confirm the interface match when connecting the computer software.
