Overview
PNSHAR PN-DT15 drop tester is a device for free drop testing of the face, corner and edge of Encasement parts. It adopts a single-arm double-column structure, is equipped with a digital height display instrument and a decoder for height tracking, with small drop height error, and has electric reset, electronic control drop, electric lift and hydraulic buffer device, easy to operate and safe and stable.
Features
1. The single-arm double-column structure design is adopted to prevent accidental peeling due to sudden power failure, and the lift is smooth.
2. The support arm adopts an electric reset design, and there is no need to manually pull the support arm for reset.
3. The support arm adopts an electromagnet extraction structure and is assisted by a tension spring to ensure that the support arm is instantly peeling.
4. With hydraulic buffer device design, instant absorption of arm Impact energy.
5. Universal specimen holder design, can be different sizes of Encasement parts of the edges, corners and surface rapid positioning test.
Principle
The device lifts the specimen to a preset height through an electric lifting device, and the support arm is sucked and fixed by an electromagnet. During the test, the electromagnet is powered off and released, and the support arm is instantly pulled away with the help of a tension spring, so that the specimen can fall freely to the Impact baseplate. The device tracks the height through a decoder, and the hydraulic buffer device absorbs the Impact energy when the support arm falls.
Applications
Encasement testing, mass inspection, transportation simulation
Standards
GB/T4757.5、JB/T7407、ISO2248
Steps
1. Place the specimen on the universal specimen holder and position it according to the test requirements (face, corner, edge).
2. Set the required drop height through the control panel.
3. Start the electric lifting device and raise the specimen to the preset height.
4. After confirming that the specimen is positioned correctly, start the electronically controlled drop function, release the electromagnet, and the specimen falls freely.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment can be automatically electrically reset to prepare for the next test.
Notice
Before use, please confirm that the power supply is AC380V 50Hz, and check whether the voltage change is within the allowable range (≤ +/- 10%).
• Please ensure that the test load does not exceed 0~ 100kg, and the maximum size of the specimen does not exceed 600 * 800 * 1000mm.
The equipment should be used in an environment with a temperature of 5~ 35 ° C and a Humidity < 85% R.H.
• Do not place any part of your body under the falling area during operation.
• Regularly check the hydraulic buffer device and mechanical structure to ensure its normal function.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
