Overview
The PN-SAT carton slip angle tester is a special instrument under the PNSHAR brand, which is used to test the anti-slip performance of cartons. The instrument helps to improve the slip resistance of Encasement by simulating the stacking transportation conditions and measuring the sliding angle of cartons. It is especially suitable for the detection of online sliding performance of beer boxes, beverage Encasement boxes, etc., to minimize the impact of defective Encasement on production efficiency.
Features
1. Adopt professional single screw connecting rod mechanical structure and motor control, with high control accuracy.
2. Equipped with digital tilt angle instrument, angle digital display, resolution up to 0.1 °.
3. Compact structure, complete function and convenient operation.
4. Stable performance, reliable safety protection.
5. Measurement range is wide, up to 0.1 °~ 35 °.
Principle
The instrument rotates at a constant angular speed through the motor driving the test platform. Two cartons with physical objects are stacked on the platform. When the platform is inclined to the relative sliding of the two carton samples, the motor stops. At this time, the inclination angle recorded by the digital display tilt angle meter is the sliding angle of the carton. Static COF can be calculated from the tangent value of the sliding angle.
Applications
On-line Sliding performance detection of Encasement Materials such as Beer Container and Beverage Encasement Container
Steps
1. Stack two physical cartons on the test platform.
2. Start the instrument and the platform starts to rotate at the set angular speed.
3. Observe the carton. When the two cartons slide relative to each other, the instrument automatically stops.
4. Read and record the tilt angle displayed on the digital display tilt angle meter, which is the sliding angle of the carton.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC 220V +/- 10%.
* The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
Please pay attention to safety during operation to ensure that the braking device functions properly.
* Regular maintenance to ensure stable instrument performance.
