Overview
PN-WRT adhesive water resistance tester is designed and developed according to the standards GB/T22873-2008 and ISO3038 to measure the water resistance of Corrugated Board adhesive lines. It is mainly used in the freezing industry or export high-grade moisture resistance. It is suitable for various Corrugated Boards, especially Corrugated Boards with high humidity resistance. The instrument is a mechatronics product, adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design principles, and uses professional high-speed ARM processors. It is designed with novel design, convenient use, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
Features
1. Automatic timing, no need for special personnel on duty;
2. Touchscreen operation, simple and convenient operation;
3. Printable statistical reports;
4. At one time, 30 samples can be measured at the same time, and the instrument comes with a Control system to record the instantaneous time of each heavy weight falling, without the need for special personnel to be on duty, reducing labor costs and improving test efficiency and accuracy.
Principle
Adhesive water resistance is determined by the "immersion method". The basic principle is as follows: immerse a standard sample of Corrugated Board with a size of 20mm × 150mm in water, hang the standard weight on the Cardboard, and make the force direction perpendicular to the adhesive line. Measurement of the time required for the adhesive line to resist the traction of the weight. The longer the time, the better the water resistance. This method places more emphasis on the performance of the Cardboard in the case of immersion and a certain tensile force. Test whether the Cardboard adhesive layer also has tensile or compressire strength, and judge its tolerance in the case of immersion by the time the adhesive layer is pulled off.
Applications
Refrigeration Industry, Export High-grade Moisture Corrugated Board Testing
Standards
GB/T22873、ISO3038
Steps
Prepare standard specimens of (20 +/- 1) × 150mm Corrugated Board.
2. Immerse the sample in water.
3. Hang a standard weight of 250 +/- 1g on the Cardboard with the force applied perpendicular to the adhesive line.
4. Through the automatic timing of the instrument, the time required for the adhesive line to resist the traction of the weight is measured.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz.
• The sampling size must meet the standard requirements of (20 +/- 1) × 150mm.
• Use a standard weight of 250 +/- 1g.
• Make sure that the application direction is perpendicular to the adhesive line.
• The instrument can measure 30 samples at the same time (standard configuration, can be customized), please do not overuse.
