PN-CT50KE-PC computer tray compression testing machine is a multi-functional, High Accuracy tray special mass inspection equipment developed by PNSHAR company, mainly used for all kinds of tray compressire strength test. The equipment adopts the mechanical structure of double screw four-guide column and imported motor control, which has the characteristics of high parallelism, good smoothness and high Measurement accuracy. This testing machine is a computer software-controlled equipment, with various parameter testing and display functions included in national standards. The test process can display real-time force value Linear dispersion, and can compare the column chart and graphics of the measured data, which is easy to operate.

Principle
The testing machine is mainly composed of four parts: drive device, transmission device, force applying device and Safety protection device. The drive device is composed of High Accuracy imported servo motor, gear reducer, and synchronous belt drive device, which provides power for the loading and up and down displacement of the pressure plate. The transmission device is composed of two sets of High Accuracy screw rods and four sets of guide column guide sleeve structures, which are responsible for transmitting power and ensuring that the force applying part moves up and down smoothly with high parallelism. The force applying device includes dynamic pressing plate, hydrostatic pressing plate, Sensor and movable beam. The lower plane of the hydrostatic plate is equipped with a spherical support seat placed above four groups of high-precision pressure sensors to provide Test space, bearing stiffness and ensure the accuracy of test results. Safety protection device adopts safety limit push rod to prevent mechanical collision of dynamic pressure plate exceeding limit.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a place that meets environmental conditions (indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C; relative humidity < 85%), and connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Start the equipment through computer software, set the parameters, and select the corresponding test standards (e.g. GB/T 4996, ISO 8611, etc.) and test items (e.g. stacking test, bending test, etc.).
3. Place the tray to be tested on the static pressure plate and use the "well" scale line on it to locate.
4. For multi-point displacement measurement, connect and configure the external extended displacement Sensor.
5. Set the test parameters such as the pressurization speed (1-100mm/min range) in the software and start the test.
6. Linear dispersion is observed in real time by computer software during the test.
7. After the test is completed, the device returns at high speed, the software automatically saves the data, and can perform data query, graphic comparison, and report generation.
Notice
Equipment should be installed on a stable horizontal foundation and leveled using the bottom four sets of horizontal adjustable devices.
• Before operation, make sure that the Power supply voltage is AC380V, and check whether the mechanical connection parts are firm.
• When placing the tray, make sure it is stably placed in the center area of the hydrostatic plate and positioned according to the scale line.
• During the test, personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the active area of the dynamic pressure plate.
• During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to whether the safety limit device is effective to prevent the operation beyond the limit.
• Regularly maintain the equipment and check the lubrication of transmission components such as screw rods and guide posts.
• Please follow the user manual for software operation, and non-professionals should not modify key system parameters.
• Net weight of the equipment is about 3.8 tons, handling and installation need to be carried out by professionals to ensure safety.
