Overview
PN-CT500B paper tube Flat Crush Test instrument is designed and developed according to GB/T 2 2906.9, BB/T0032 and ISO11093.9 standards. It is used to detect the compressire strength and deformation of various industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, small Encasement boxes and other types of small containers or honeycomb paper tubes. The instrument is a mechatronic structure, adopts the design of movable upper pressing plate and fixed lower pressing plate. Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the specimen (such as paper tube) placed on the lower platen by moving the upper platen down. Imported stepper motors are used to control the movement of the platen, and subdivision technology is used to ensure accurate positioning and speed stability. The High Accuracy Sensor collects real-time data on the applied force value and the deformation of the specimen, which is processed by a high-speed ARM processor, and finally displays the pressure-deformation Linear dispersion and test results on the Touchscreen.

Steps
1. Strength test: measurement of paper tube pressure and deformation.
2. Fixed value test: according to the set pressure and deformation to detect the overall performance of the paper tube.
3. Endurance test: Apply constant pressure to the paper tube to test its endurance.
Notice
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Power supply voltage range is (100~ 240) V AC.
Before use, make sure that the parallelism of the platen meets the requirements (≤ 1mm).
• Do not exceed the force range of the instrument (25~ 5000N) during the test to prevent triggering an over-range alarm or damaging the Sensor.
• According to the test requirements, the pressurization speed can be set reasonably within the range of 1 to 120mm/min.
• The return speed range of the instrument is 5~ 120mm/min, please set it according to the actual situation.
When connecting computer software, make sure to use the correct Communication interface (standard RS232, optional USB).
Do not place items on the instrument that exceed its load-bearing range.
• Regular maintenance checks to ensure instrument accuracy (Indication Error +/- 1%, indication variability < 1%).
