Overview
PN-PPT500 paper corner strength tester is a testing instrument designed and developed according to standard BB/T 0023, which is mainly used for longitudinal compression and transverse bending performance testing of L-shaped paper corner protection. The instrument is a mechatronics product. It adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic principles, and uses high-speed ARM processors. Principle
The instrument is a mechatronics product. The imported stepper motor is controlled by a high-speed ARM processor to drive the platen motion and apply pressure to the L-shaped paper corner protection sample. In the longitudinal compression or transverse bending Operating Mode, the High Accuracy Sensor collects real-time force and deformation data, which is processed by the High Accuracy AD converter. Finally, the test results and Linear dispersion are displayed on the Touchscreen to realize automatic measurement and intelligent judgment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Select the test mode (longitudinal compression or transverse bending) in the human-machine interface.
3. Place the 300mm specimen in the corresponding position on the platen.
4. Set or confirm test parameters (e.g. Test speed).
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically applies pressure and collects data.
6. After the test is completed, check the force value, deformation and Linear dispersion diagram displayed on the screen.
7. Test reports can be printed through a thermal printer or connected to computer software for data management.
Notice
• The instrument should work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
Please confirm that the sample length meets the 300mm requirement before testing.
• Pay attention to choosing the correct test mode (longitudinal compression or transverse bending) and the corresponding Test speed.
• Do not exceed the Measurement range (25~ 5000N) of the instrument to avoid triggering an over-range alarm or damaging the Sensor.
• Ensure that the surface of the platen is clean and the specimen is placed smoothly to ensure Test accuracy.
• Be careful when moving or cleaning instruments to avoid collisions.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the instrument.
