Overview
Paper bowl compressire strength tester (model: PN-BC300) is designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T27591, which is used to test the compressire strength and deformation of paper bowls, cartons, paper cups and other paper containers. The instrument adopts mechatronics structure, reasonable design, movable upper pressing plate, fixed lower pressing plate, high measurement accuracy, powerful data processing and pressure Linear dispersion display functions.
Features
1. After the test, return at high speed.
2. Adopt stepper motor servo control.
3. With over-range alarm function to protect the precision Sensor.
4. Automatically calculate test results, with statistical, query, and printing functions.
5. Adopt 24-bit High Accuracy AD Converter and High Accuracy Weighing Sensor to ensure the speed and accuracy of force data collection.
6. Linear dispersion diagram of pressure and deformation can be displayed, and information such as pressure resistance and deformation can be displayed in real time.
7. Provide bilingual operation menus in Chinese and English, and can be switched at any time.
8. Can be connected to computer software for software control (control software purchased separately).
Principle
The instrument is a mechatronic structure and adopts modern mechanical design concepts and microcomputer processing technology. The stepper motor servo controls the upper platen to move down and applies pressure to the paper container placed on the lower platen. The High Accuracy Sensor collects real-time force value and deformation data, which are processed, calculated and displayed by the microprocessor.
Applications
Testing of compressire strength and deformation of various types of industrial paper bowls, cups and other types of small containers
Steps
1. Place the instrument in a working environment that meets the requirements and connect the power supply.
2. Select or set test parameters according to the sample being tested.
3. Place paper bowls, cups, and other samples in the center of the lower platen.
4. Start the test, and press the upper pressure plate down at the set speed to apply force to the sample.
5. The instrument automatically records and calculates the compressire strength, deformation and other data, and the upper pressure plate returns at high speed after the test.
6. View test results, Linear dispersion through the display screen, and can perform statistics, queries or printouts.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working environment meets the requirements: indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Before use, check whether the Power supply voltage is in the range of (100~ 240) V AC.
• Do not exceed the force range of the instrument (25~ 3000N) during the test to prevent triggering an over-range alarm or damaging the Sensor.
• When placing the specimen, ensure that it is located in the center of the lower platen to ensure Test accuracy.
• Be careful when moving or transporting the instrument, as its weight is approximately 56kg.
• To connect the computer software, a separate control software needs to be purchased.
• Regular maintenance to ensure accuracy indicators such as platen parallelism (≤ 0.4mm).
