Overview
PN-PCT cup body stiffness tester is a paper cup stiffness testing instrument designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T 27590. It is suitable for paper cups containing cold and hot beverages and ice cream with paraffin wax, polyethylene (PE) film and other substances on the surface. Physical properties testing equipment required by paper cup manufacturers, food companies and Quality control departments.

Principle
Put the pressure rod block into the sample cup, and place it on the movable bench of the cup body stiffness tester together with the sample cup, so that the left measurement head and the right measurement head (the right measurement head is connected to the Sensor) just contact the side wall of the cup, adjust the movable bench so that the vertical distance between the probe and the bottom of the cup is about two-thirds of the height of the cup, and the cup body seam of the paper cup to be tested is facing the tester. Start the instrument to test the stiffness of the cup body.

Steps
1. Put the pressure rod block into the sample cup and place it on the movable bench of the cup body stiffness tester together with the sample cup.
2. Make the left measurement head and the right measurement head just contact the side wall of the cup.
3. Adjust the movable stand so that the vertical distance between the probe and the bottom of the cup is about two-thirds of the cup height.
4. Make sure that the seam of the cup body is facing the tester.
5. Start the instrument and conduct the test.
Notice
• The instrument has an over-range alarm function, which will alarm when 50% of the range is exceeded. Please pay attention to protecting the Sensor.
• Please work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
