Overview
PNSHAR WFH-203B three-purpose UV analyzer is an analytical device composed of ultraviolet lamp and filter. The instrument can emit strong 253.7nm and 365.0nm ultraviolet rays respectively or simultaneously. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, low heat, and long-term continuous use. Its camera obscura design makes the observation image clearer.
Features
One machine is multi-purpose, capable of providing 253.7nm and 365.0nm wavelengths of ultraviolet light, respectively or simultaneously.
2. Low power consumption, low heat generation, and support for long-term continuous operation.
3. Equipped with a black box operating environment, effectively improve the clarity of the observation image.
4. Ultraviolet light is processed by filter to filter out visible light interference and provide a pure Excitation light source.
Principle
The instrument emits a ray of light through an ultraviolet tube, which is filtered through a specific filter to remove the visible component, providing intense 253.7nm and 365.0nm ultraviolet light for Fluorscence analysis. The sample fluoresces under ultraviolet excitation, and is analyzed and detected by observing the fluorescence phenomenon in the dark box.
Applications
Scientific laboratories (protein, nucleotide detection), production research (hormones, alkaloids, vitamins and other drugs mass inspection, thin layer analysis, paper layer analysis), chemical industry (dyestuff, paint, rubber, petroleum fluorescent material determination and identification), Spinning & weaving chemical fiber (raw material type determination and finished product mass inspection), food sector (toxins, additives, food deterioration inspection), geological archaeology (mineral discovery, authenticity of cultural relics and fossils), public security departments (finger marks, steganographic handwriting inspection), paper industry (fluorescent detection).
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. Turn on the instrument power switch.
3. According to the detection requirements, choose to use 254nm, 365nm wavelength or mixed wavelength mode.
4. Place the sample to be tested in the irradiated area of the camera obscura (the effective area is approximately 250 x 250mm).
5. Close the camera obscura door and observe the fluorescence phenomenon generated by the sample in the camera obscura environment for analysis.
6. After use, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz to avoid damage caused by voltage discrepancy.
• The instrument should be used in a stable, drying and clean environment.
• Do not look directly at the ultraviolet light source during operation to avoid damage to the eyes and skin caused by ultraviolet rays.
• When using continuously for a long time, please pay attention to ventilating the instrument.
• Do not place heavy objects or corrosion items on the instrument.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the instrument, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and avoid the use of chemical solvents.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the instrument by themselves.
