Overview
PN-CT50KA whole box compression testing machine is an economical testing instrument, mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various small and medium-sized corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 15kN. Its performance parameters comply with GB/T 4857.3, GB/T 4857.4 and other standards, and are suitable for Encasement box testing of food and beverage, instant noodles, cosmetics, beer, grain and oil and other products.

Principle
The instrument drives the platen movement through a ball screw and a double guide structure to apply pressure to the sample. Imported stepper motors and High Accuracy Sensors are used to collect pressure and deformation data in real time, and process and analyze it quickly and accurately through a high-speed ARM processor and a 24-bit AD converter. Finally, the results are displayed on the Touchscreen or the report is output through the printer.

Steps
1. Strength test: measurement of the ultimate compressire strength and deformation of the box.
2. Fixed value test: the overall performance of the box is tested according to the set pressure and deformation.
3. Stacking test: Simulate the stacking state of the warehouse and conduct stacking tests under different conditions.

• Please work in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Power supply voltage range is (100~ 240) V AC 5A 50/60Hz.
• Before use, please confirm whether the force range (50~ 15000N) meets the test requirements.
• Please pay attention to the safety device when operating, and use the emergency stop button in case of overload.
• Ensure that the parallelism of the platen (≤ 2mm) meets the requirements to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• The instrument has up and down limit control, please do not operate beyond the Travel range (20~ 1000mm).
• The return speed can be adjusted within the range of 5~ 120mm/min, please set it according to the actual situation.
