Overview
PN-CT50KB FCL Compression Testing Machine is a standard testing instrument, mainly used for compression and stacking experiments of various medium-sized corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts with compressire strength less than 30kN. Its performance parameters meet relevant national standards and are suitable for Encasement box testing of food and beverage, instant noodles, cosmetics, beer, grain and oil and other products.

Principle
The instrument uses a High Accuracy servo motor to drive the ball screw and double guide column structure, and drives the pressure plate to apply pressure to the Encasement box. During the test process, the system collects real-time pressure and deformation data, and performs corresponding tests according to the set Operating Mode (strength test, fixed value test or stacking test). Finally, the processor calculates and outputs the test results.

Steps
1. Strength test: measurement of the ultimate compressire strength and deformation of the box.
2. Fixed value test: the overall performance of the box is tested according to the set pressure and deformation.
3. Stacking test: Simulate the stacking state of the warehouse and conduct stacking tests under different conditions.
Notice
• The power requirements are AC 380V 10A 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
The working environment should be kept at indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Before use, make sure that the parallelism of the platen meets the requirements (≤ 1.6mm/2mm).
Please pay attention to the status of safety devices (such as emergency stop buttons and limit controls) when operating.
The return speed can be adjusted within the range of 5 to 250mm/min.
