Overview
PN-CT50KC FCL compressive testing machine is a cost-effective testing instrument for compressive and stacking experiments of large corrugated boxes, honeycomb cartons and other Encasement parts designed by PNSHAR brand. It is mainly used for compressire strength testing of various small and medium-sized corrugated boxes with compressire strength less than 50kN and large Encasement boxes made of Miscellaneous materials (such as home appliances, sports equipment, mechanical parts, grain and oil and other Encasement boxes).

Principle
The instrument drives the drive system through the servo motor, which drives the pressure plate to apply pressure to the Encasement box. During the test, the High Accuracy Force Value Sensor and the deformation measurement system collect the pressure and deformation data of the box in real time, and process it through the Control system. Finally, the results and Linear dispersion are displayed on the Touchscreen to evaluate the compressire strength and deformation of the box or the performance in the simulated stacking state.

Steps
1. Strength test: measurement of the ultimate compressire strength and deformation of the box.
2. Fixed value test: the overall performance of the box is tested according to the set pressure and deformation.
3. Stacking test: Simulate the stacking state of the warehouse and conduct stacking tests under different conditions.
Notice
• The power requirements are AC 380V 10A 50Hz three-phase five-wire system.
The recommended working environment is indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Please confirm the range of the instrument before use to avoid triggering an alarm when using it beyond the range.
• Pay attention to the status of safety devices (such as emergency stop buttons, limit controls) when operating.
• The instrument weight is large (about 1800kg/2180kg), and the installation and handling need to ensure safety.
• Plate size and Working Travel have different specifications (1200 * 1200mm/1500 * 1500mm), please choose the appropriate configuration according to the test sample.
