Principle
The blast drying oven is combined with the bottom heater through the turbine centrifugal fan blade and the bottom drum to form a vertical double air duct vertical hot air circulation system, so that the temperature distribution in the working room is uniform. The PID microcomputer intelligent temperature controller precisely controls the temperature to ensure stable heating.

Steps
1. Adjust the fan gear according to the requirements of the heating item (high speed gear is recommended).
2. Set the temperature and timing parameters of the PID microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Start the equipment for heating and monitor the process through the observation window.
4. When cleaning, use the quick-release structure to disassemble the side plate of the air duct and the bottom heating cover.
