BENTING CBX230B Sterilizer is a vertical dual air duct forced convection equipment, providing RT + 10 to 300 ℃ Temperature range, Temperature Fluctuation +/- 1 ℃, resolution 0.1 ℃, uniformity +/- 2.5%. It has 230L inner volume, Inner chamber dimensions 600 * 500 * 750mm, stainless steel plate material, supports fixed value operation, timing operation and automatic stop function, suitable for fast, safe and reliable sterilizing operation.

Principle
The sterilization box adopts the forced convection method of double air ducts, and the forced air supply through the turbo centrifugal fan ensures uniform temperature distribution. The heating system uses nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, the temperature control is realized by PID algorithm, and the Sensor is Pt100 to provide accurate temperature adjustment. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample, and the heat dissipation structure keeps the fan running at low temperature and prolongs the life of the equipment.

Steps
1. Use the touch of four buttons to set the temperature.
2. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation, regular operation or automatic stop.
3. Set the timer range from 0-9999 minutes, and the optional timing and waiting function.
4. Start the device and monitor the temperature display.
5. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops.
Notice
• Pay attention to the over-rise alarm function to prevent temperature abnormalities.
• Use the menu lock function to avoid misoperation.
• Ensure that the fan cooling intake structure is smooth to maintain the operating temperature < 50 ℃.
• Regularly check safety devices such as over-lift alarms and over-lift preventers.
• Avoid overloading. Load per shelf is 15kg.
• In the event of a power outage, the device supports power outage compensation and memory functions.
