Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, the surface is treated by lame plating process, and the studio is made of stainless steel and treated by anti-corrosion process.
2. The intelligent temperature controller uses a PID control program, digital display, and a timing function.
3. The middle of the box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can observe the condition of the heated items in the working room at any time.

Principle
The thermostatic drying oven adopts the PID control program to precisely control the temperature through the intelligent temperature controller, and cooperates with the blast system to ensure the uniform temperature in the working room, and realizes the functions of drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing, curing, etc.

Steps
1. Power frequency 220V/50HZ.
2. Set the required temperature through the intelligent thermostat (Temperature range RT + 10-250 ℃).
3. Set the timing function as required.
4. Put items into the studio (maximum load 15kg/shelf).
5. Close the box door and ensure the sealing of the silicone rubber strip.
6. Start the equipment and monitor the heating process through the observation window.
