BENTING C101-0A type blast drying oven is suitable for industrial and mining enterprise laboratories, R & D institutions, for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing, curing and other purposes.
Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, the surface is treated by lame plating process, and the studio is made of Cold rolled steel plate and treated by anti-corrosion process.
2. Intelligent temperature controller, using PID control program, digital display, with timing function.
3. The middle of the box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can observe the situation of the heating items in the working room at any time.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through internal heating elements, and the air is driven by a low-noise fan to form a single air duct circulation, so that the hot air in the working room flows evenly and realizes heating of items. The intelligent temperature control instrument adopts PID control program to precisely adjust and maintain the set temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and timing parameters through the intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be processed on the shelf in the studio.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating system starts-up.
5. Monitor internal conditions through double-decked tempered Glass observation windows.
6. After the set time is reached or the processing is completed, turn off the device and remove the item.
Notice
• Equipment should be tested for performance parameters under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 20 ° C and Humidity 50% RH.
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Please note that the Inner Chamber material is Cold rolled steel plate (not stainless steel).
• The "A" in the model indicates the intelligent temperature controller.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50HZ before use.
• Do not work in environments beyond the specified Humidity range.
