BENTING C101-1A Blast drying oven is a kind of equipment suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing, curing and other operations in industrial and mining laboratories and R & D institutions. Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, the surface is treated by lame plating process, and the studio is made of Cold rolled steel plate and treated by anti-corrosion process.

Principle
The blast drying oven generates heat through internal heating elements, and the air is driven by a low-noise fan to form a single air channel circulation, so that the hot air flows evenly in the working room. The intelligent temperature controller adopts the PID control program to monitor and adjust the temperature in real time to maintain the set thermostatic environment and realize the purpose of drying and baking.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a suitable working environment (temperature 20 ° C, Humidity 50% RH).
2. Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ).
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters through the intelligent temperature controller.
4. Put the items to be processed on the shelf in the studio (Load per shelf 15kg).
5. Close the box door and ensure that the silicone rubber strip is well sealed.
6. Start the device and monitor the internal process through the observation window.
7. After the process is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.

• Equipment should be tested for performance parameters under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 20 ° C and Humidity 50% RH.
• Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50HZ before use.
