Overview
BENTING C202-3A thermostatic drying oven is suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing, curing and other operations in laboratories and R & D institutions of industrial and mining enterprises.
Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, the surface is treated by lame plating process, and the studio is made of Cold rolled steel plate and treated by anti-corrosion process.
2. Adopt an intelligent temperature controller with PID control program, digital display, and timing functions.
3. The middle of the box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which is convenient for observing the condition of the goods in the studio.
4. The box door is sealed with silicone rubber strip, and the sealing effect is good.
Principle
The drying oven heats the air in the box through an electric heating system, and uses an intelligent PID temperature controller to precisely adjust the temperature to achieve thermostatic control to meet the process requirements of drying and baking.
Applications
Industrial and mining enterprise laboratories, R & D institutions
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and time through the intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be processed on the studio shelf.
4, close the door, ensure sealing.
5. Start the device and start working.
6. During the working process, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
7. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50HZ before use.
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Do not perform performance tests beyond the specified Ambient Temperature (20 ° C) and Humidity (50% RH).
• When placing items, make sure that the air circulation in the box is not affected.
When the equipment is working, the surface temperature of the box may be high, so do not touch it.
• Do not put flammable and explosive items in the box.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
