BENTING C202-1A thermostatic drying oven is suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing, curing and other operations in laboratories and R & D institutions of industrial and mining enterprises.
Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, the surface is treated by lame plating process, and the studio is made of Cold rolled steel plate and treated by anti-corrosion process.
2. Adopt an intelligent temperature controller with PID control program, digital display, and timing functions.
3. The middle of the box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which is convenient for observing the condition of the goods in the work room at any time.
4. The box door is sealed with silicone rubber strip, and the sealing effect is good.
Principle
The drying oven heats the air in the box through the electric heating system, and the intelligent temperature controller adopts the PID control program to precisely adjust and maintain the set temperature to realize the thermostatic drying environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and time through the intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
4. Close the box door and start the device to work.
5. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
• When testing performance parameters, it should be carried out under the conditions of no load, Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, Environmental humidity 50% RH.
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 15 kg.
• Please ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature and Humidity meet the equipment requirements (Working Ambient Temperature 20 ° C, Humidity 50% RH).
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V/50HZ, please match it.
• Before use, please confirm that the Inner Chamber material is Cold rolled steel plate (no "B" logo in the model).
