BENTING C202-0A thermostatic drying oven is a kind of equipment suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing, curing and other operations in laboratories and R & D institutions of industrial and mining enterprises.
Features
1. The shell is made of good Cold rolled steel plate, the surface is treated by lame plating process, and the studio is made of Cold rolled steel plate and treated by anti-corrosion process.
2. Adopt an intelligent temperature controller with PID control program, digital display, and timing function.
3. The middle of the box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which is convenient for observing the condition of the goods in the work room at any time.
4. The box door is sealed with silicone rubber strip, and the sealing effect is good.
Principle
The drying oven is heated inside the studio through an electric heating system, and the intelligent temperature controller adopts a PID control program to precisely adjust and maintain the set temperature to achieve the purpose of thermostatic drying.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and time through the intelligent temperature controller.
3. Put the items to be processed into the studio.
4. Close the box door and start working.
5. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
• Please ensure that the no-load performance test is carried out under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 20 ℃ and Environmental humidity 50% RH.
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 15 kg, do not overload it.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50HZ before use.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation to avoid burns.
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the specified working environment temperature Humidity.
