Principle
The resistance furnace realizes accurate temperature control through microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller, adopts intelligent control system, and has functions such as over-temperature deviation protection, timing function, power failure recovery, etc., to ensure stable and reliable heating process.

Steps
1. Open the door manually.

• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5 ℃~ 40 ℃.
• Power frequency is AC220V 50Hz.
• Sensor fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and other safety tips.

• Regularly check the functions of the independent over-lift preventer and over-temperature protector.
