Principle
The microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller is used to achieve accurate temperature control. The refractory brick furnace body is kept warm, and the LED LCD screen displays temperature, time and other parameters in real time. It has functions such as over-temperature protection and power failure recovery to ensure the safety and reliability of the heating process.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set temperature and time parameters through LCD LCD screen
Step 3 Start the heating program
4. Monitor temperature and time display
5. The equipment will automatically shut down after reaching the set time
6. Manually open the door and take out the sample.
Notice
• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 5 ℃~ 40 ℃
• Power frequency must be AC220V 50Hz
• Temperature range is room temperature + 50~ 1000 ℃, must not exceed the maximum temperature 1000 ℃
• Timer Range 1~ 9999 minutes, need to be set reasonably
• Pay attention to over-temperature alarm and overcurrent protection functions
• Do not block the ventilating port when the equipment is running
• Pay attention to high temperature protection when opening the door manually
