Overview
The BENTING CBPL-30BE incubator is a High Accuracy, Safe and Reliable Laboratory Device with Vertical Dual Duct Air Jacket and Turbine Centrifugal Forced Air Supply Design to Ensure Temperature Uniformity. It supports set-value operation, timed operation and automatic stop function, and is suitable for a variety of experimental scenarios.
Features
1. High Accuracy Temperature Control, Temperature resolution up to 0.1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 0.5 ℃, Uniformity +/- 1.0 ℃.
2. Convenient operation, equipped with touch four button setting and LCD dual-column PID display.
3. Safety features include over-lift alarm, over-lift preventer, power outage memory, and compensation.
4. Speed control fan design, to support the use of lightweight, small, powdery samples.
5. Forced fan cooling structure to ensure that the fan operating temperature is lower than 50 ° C and prolong the service life.
6. Low water level alarm function to ensure experimental safety.
Principle
The incubator uses a turbocentrifugal fan to force air through a dual air duct forced convection system to achieve uniform temperature distribution. Using PID temperature control mode, the temperature is accurately monitored and adjusted through the Pt100 Sensor to ensure stable operation.
Applications
Laboratory, scientific research, education, biological foster, chemical experiment, pharmaceutical research and development
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the device.
2. Use the touch of the four buttons to set the temperature and timing parameters.
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or regular operation.
4. The equipment runs automatically and stops automatically after reaching the set conditions.
5. Use the secondary menu for deviation correction or menu locking.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V to avoid overload.
• Regularly check the water level to prevent low water level alarms from triggering.
• Before use, confirm that the temperature is set within the range of RT + 5 to 80 ° C.
• Avoid running in a high temperature environment for a long time to prevent the equipment from overheating.
• Options need to be properly installed, such as Shelf or external Draft apparatus.
