Overview
The BENTING CBPL-45BE incubator is a thermostatic device with a vertical dual air sleeve design and a turbine centrifugal forced air supply system to ensure temperature uniformity. The product features High Accuracy, Effectiveness, Safety and Wide Range, and supports easy operation, including set-value operation, timing operation and automatic stop function, suitable for a variety of experimental environments.

Principle
The incubator uses a dual air duct forced convection thermostatic method, forced air supply through a turbocentrifugal fan, combined with stainless steel heating tube heating, to achieve uniform temperature distribution. The temperature control is based on an LCD dual-row PID system, and the Pt100 Sensor is used to precisely monitor and regulate the temperature to ensure stable operation within the set range.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V.
2. Use the touch of four buttons to set the required temperature and time parameters.
3. Select the operation mode, such as fixed-value operation or regular operation.
4. Start the device and monitor the temperature data of the LCD display.
5. After the experiment is completed, the device can be automatically stopped or manually shut down.
Notice
• Power frequency check before use meets AC 220V requirements.
• Make sure the equipment is placed in a smooth and ventilated place to avoid blocking the exhaust port.
• Regularly check the water level to prevent low water level alarms from triggering.
• Avoid overloading, the maximum load-bearing capacity of the shelf is 15kg.
• Use mild detergent when cleaning, do not damage the surface painting.
• Options need to be installed correctly, such as RS485 interface or printer.
