Overview
PNSHAR PN-DT20 drop tester is a device used for free drop testing of the face, corner and edge of Encasement parts. It adopts a single-arm double-column structure, is equipped with a digital height display and a decoder for height tracking, and can accurately give the product drop height. The error from the preset height does not exceed 2% or 10mm. The machine has electric reset, electronic control drop and electric lift functions, which is convenient to use, and has a hydraulic buffer device to improve the service life, stability and safety of the machine.
Features
1. The single-arm double-column structure design is adopted to prevent peeling due to sudden power failure, and the lifting is smooth;
2. The support arm adopts electric reset design, no need to manually pull the support arm to remember the reset;
3. The support arm adopts an electromagnet extraction structure and is assisted by a tension spring to ensure that the support arm is peeling instantaneously;
4. With hydraulic buffer device design, instantly absorb the impact energy of the arm;
5. Universal specimen holder design, can be different sizes of Encasement parts of the edges, corners and surface rapid positioning test.
Principle
The Drop Tester raises the specimen to a preset height through an electric lifting device, and the support arm is sucked and fixed by an electromagnet. During the test, the electromagnet is powered off, and the support arm is instantly pulled away with the help of a tension spring, so that the specimen can freely fall to the Impact surface to complete the drop test of the Encasement surface, angle and edge. The drop height is tracked by the decoder and displayed by the digital display, and the hydraulic buffer device is used to absorb the Impact energy when the support arm is reset.
Applications
Encasement test
Standards
GB/T4757.5、JB/T7407、ISO2248
Steps
1. Place the specimen on the universal specimen holder and position it according to the test requirements (face, corner, edge).
2. Set the required drop height through the control panel.
3. Activate the electric lifting device to raise the arm and specimen to the preset height.
4. After confirming that the height is correct, the electronically controlled drop device is triggered, the electromagnet is powered off, and the specimen falls freely.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment is automatically electrically reset to prepare for the next test.
Notice
Before use, please ensure that the power supply is AC380V 50Hz, and the voltage change does not exceed +/- 10%.
The equipment should be used in an environment with a temperature of 5~ 35 ° C and a Humidity < 85% R.H.
• The test load shall not exceed the range of 0 to 100kg.
• The maximum size of the specimen should not exceed 600 * 800 * 1000mm.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and ensure that the test area is free of personnel.
• Regularly check the working status of various components of the equipment (such as hydraulic buffers, electromagnets, tension springs, etc.).
• Drop Angle Impact surface and baseplate plane angle error must be less than or equal to 50.
