Overview
BENTING CDK-98-II Single Hole Water bath is an experimental equipment for precision thermostatic and auxiliary heating. Operating temperature range is room temperature + 5 ℃ to 100 ℃, using natural water convection heat transfer method, precise temperature control, suitable for all kinds of experiments requiring stable temperature environment.

Principle
The water bath is heated by stainless steel heating pipe to the water in the Tank, and the natural water convection is used to achieve heat transfer, so that the water temperature in the tank is uniform. Using PID control technology, the water temperature is monitored in real time through the CU50 temperature sensor, and compared and adjusted with the set value to achieve accurate and stable thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Add appropriate amount of deionized water or distillation water to the Tank.
2. Connect the AC220V power supply.
3. Set the required temperature and timing time by tapping the button.
4. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
5. The equipment starts heating and runs thermostatic, and automatically stops when it reaches the set time or temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power, empty and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Please use deionized water or distillation water to prevent scale and corrosion.
• The water level should be higher than the heating pipe, but not more than the Tank volume.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating part and high temperature sink to prevent burns.
• Before moving or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power and allow it to chill down completely.
Do not use in humid or flammable environments.
• Shelf maximum load-bearing 5kg, do not overload.
• In case of failure (such as over-lift alarm), please cut off the power supply first, and then check according to the instructions or contact a professional.
